Stifling Yourself

“Is life not a hundred times too short for us to stifle ourselves?”
Friedrich Nietzsche

There is nothing to prevent you from achieving your dream, except yourself. There is one important question to ask yourself here:

“What would you do if you were not afraid?”

We sabotage ourselves. We buy into our negative beliefs. We continue to justify our limitations.

When are we going to break this cycle of defeat?

Statistics show 95% of American people do not write down their goals. Of the 5% that do, 95% of these people do not follow up with the goals they have set. Only a progressive, meaningful special few in a thousand follow through with creating progressive, meaningful change in their lives.

Working with goals is empowering! When you set and continually review your goals, you are setting your self up to achieve. Goal setting is all about honouring yourself. About getting what you want. About achieving success – happiness, meaning and abundance.

“We must build dikes of courage to hold back the flood of fear.”

Martin Luther King, Jr.

    1. Great comment!…Fear sometimes stops us from doing stupid things. But it can also stop us from doing creative or exciting things The control and understanding of our personal fears is one of the most important achievements in our life. Julia
