“The measure of intelligence is the ability to change.”
Albert Einstein
We see the world as we are, we see it through layers of stuff. Stuff like beliefs, fears, memories, opinions, ideas about what we think will make us happy.
Those layers pile on top of each other and bury our core self. You know, the core that was there when you were a little kid, dancing freely in your garden naked.
Beliefs are a choice we make and we can choose to change them in any moment. The easiest way to find out if your belief is empowering or limiting is by asking one simple question: Does your belief say, “I can’t” or “Not possible”? If your answer is yes, then it is a limiting belief.
Write down the most limiting belief you have about:
About money:
About the opposite sex:
About success;
About my dream;
About myself: I am …
Now look at these limiting beliefs and turn them into beliefs that empower you. Expanding your limits and boundaries helps remove limiting beliefs and you start living without limits outside of your comfort-zone.
“Reality is a projection of your thoughts or the things you habitually think about.”
