For Yourself

We are always put other people’s needs above our own. Do not get me wrong – I believe very much in authentic service and caring for others – but when we always put ourselves last, we can end up bitter and resentful and burnt out. Do one nice thing for yourself every day.

Remember to put yourself at the top of your priority list. There is no person on Earth who deserves your kindness and attention more than you. When you love yourself first, everything else falls into place.

We all need to take a break and regroup. After regrouping, we are mentally and physically prepared to move forward and take on the next challenge.

Me Time’ is an activity everyone should feel inspired to take before they become stressed or worn out. Whether it is an hour or a day. Time to read a book, listen to your favourite music (without interruption), get pampered, take a walk, or space to just ‘be.’ The key is spending some quality time with you

Make yourself a priority
