A Small Step




‘The sky has never been the limit. We are our own limits. It’s then about breaking our personal limits and outgrowing ourselves to live our best lives.’

Do you impose limits on yourself? If we are not careful, we can find our self held back in life without even realising it due to imaginary, self imposed boundaries.

Self imposed limitations are shackles that hold us down and prevent us from achieving our potential. When a person sets a limit, he or she puts a ceiling on what is achievable.

We often allow barriers to limit our view of the possibilities available to us. To gain a more satisfying life, we need to consciously move beyond perceived limitations…expand our boundaries by pushing our self beyond our comfort zone.

Start by identifying your limit. Then focus on one small action. What would be the first step you would need to take to push you behond your comfort zone? What do you need to do to move closer to that promotion, achieve that goal, overcome a fear, or continue on the journey to your dream?

That small step is the start to changing your life for the better. Commit yourself to taking that step today.
