Choosing Well

Every morning that we have the privilege of waking up – it is a new start to a new day….with new choices.  A big part of our life is a result of the choices we made.

Always remember that if you do not like some part of your life, then it is time to start making changes and different choices. Habits that keep us stuck in life are made in each moment, day by day. Undoing these habits takes the same exact path.

Sometimes it may not seem like we have a lot of choices, but we do, every day in small and large ways. Start by focusing on the small things that you can choose right now.

Here is a list of some of the choices we can all make every day:

Choose to smile.

Choose to not be afraid.

Choose to be who you are, not who someone says you should be.

Choose to dream.

Choose to ask the questions that challenge fixed assumptions.

Choose to walk away.

Choose to take a risk.

Choose to reconnect with those you thought you had lost.

Choose to open your heart and forgive.

Choose to move on from something that makes you miserable.

Choose to be strong.

Choose to do the right thing.

Choose to laugh.

Choose to be happy.

It is your choice …..choose well.
