Our behavour can help or hinder our chances in life. With good habits we set ourselves up for greater success. Here are some positive habits to start today:

I will not take on negative experiences. Happiness is a choice, and I choose to be happy.

I will take care of my body, realising the importance of the words moderation and balance – and how much easier it will be to control my will and my actions once I am conscious of this.

I will treat everyone I meet today the way I would like to be treated. I want people to like themselves more when they are with me.

I will avoid gossip, jealousy and negative thinking. Today I will make a conscious effort to hold positive thoughts in my mind.

I will list my priorities. I may not get everything done, but I will do the most productive thing possible at every given moment.

Choose from now onward to act in ways that build your self confidence and your self worth.
