We see the world as we are, we see it through layers of stuff. Stuff like beliefs, fears, memories, opinions, ideas about what we think will make us happy.
Those layers pile on top of each other and bury our core self. You know, the core you that was there when you a little child, dancing freely in your garden naked.
When we realise that beliefs are a choice we make and we can choose to change them in any moment. The easiest way to find out if your belief is empowering or limiting is by asking one simple question: Does your belief say, “I can’t” or “Not possible”? If your answer is yes, then it is a limiting belief.

By knowing our limiting beliefs, we can examine them. question them and then look for ways to adapt them. We need to turn them into beliefs that empower us.
Also expanding our boundaries helps us to remove limiting beliefs and allows us start living outside of our comfort zone.…expanding our life.
