The Confidence Factor

”You can, you should, and if you’re brave enough to start, you will.”
Stephen King

It may seem some of us are born with self confidence, but most of us have to work at it. Confidence is a tool we can use in our everyday life to do all kinds of empowering things. It helps us with managing our fears and being able to do more of the things that really matters to us.

Confidence is built by taking some risks and learning to be independent. It is all about having a go and learning from our mistakes. The more skills and experience we build the more able we feel to accomplish anything.

By having a ‘can do‘ attitude were we are willing to give things a go, knowing that our world will not fall apart if we make a mistake and we can always try again.

When we engage in purposeful action, using and stretching our abilities to the maximum, we cannot help but feel positive and confident about our self.

Try to do something you fear and experience your your confidence soar.

”You have to expect things of yourself before you can do them.”

Michael Jordan
