“Don’t ask yourself what the world needs; ask yourself what makes you come alive. And then go and do that. Because what the world needs is people who have come alive.”
Harold Whitman

The life we experience is up to us to create.

If you ask yourself how you feel about your life today…. do you love what you are doing? Are you living your best life? If your answer to any of these is a no, maybe or not sure, perhaps you are not living your life to the fullest.

These are some of the ways I use to try to live my best life, and I hope they will help you to do so too.

Live each day as a fresh new start. Not be to held back by what happened yesterday, the week before, the year before. Today is a new chance to get it right, to shine.

Stop the complaining, whining about what is wrong. By stopping the complaining about your problems and choosing to work on them instead, you can change your world.

Be proactive. Rather than waiting for others around you to do something, take action yourself. Do something today to get you a step closer to achieving your dream.

Create your own opportunities. You can wait for opportunities to come into life, or you can go out there and create them. The latter is definite and much more empowering.

Live more consciously each day. Do something new each day. Your life is something to be experienced, rather than coasted through.

“The miracle is not to walk on water. The miracle is to walk on the green earth, dwelling deeply in the present moment and feeling truly alive.”
Thich Nhat Hanh
