Have you ever told yourself that you are going to make something happen and then nothing happened? That is probably because you did not follow-through. You did not have the right habits in place – little things you do each day that build up and gradually condition your body and mind to make things happen.
Our habits define us. Most of the results in our life come from our habits.
If you are out of shape and overweight, you have different habits to someone who is physically fit. If you are fit, you jump out of bed early every morning and are active before preparing a healthy breakfast. If you are out of shape, you sleep in and eat whatever is fastest and easiest.
In life we do not suddenly become successful. We become successful over time from all the little things we do every day.
