Be Happy

We all want to be happy, but at times it seems a tall ask. Recently I decided to ‘be happy‘ and I have amazed myself at the positive results.

Act the way you would like to be and soon you will be the way you would like to act.

Challenge yourself to act happy for an entire day, week or month – even if you are feeling low – and the results might shock you.

Gretchen Rubin’s Happiness Project might sound a little far-fetched, as people often act according to how they feel. But there is truth behind these words, and many psychologists agree that you can trick your mind into feeling better.
