For A Better You

We so often look for something or someone to blame for our unhappiness, I have did this for too long. More recently I have come to understand that I am the one who is responsible for my happiness.

If you are unhappy, you cannot expect something or someone outside of yourself to fix it. You are the only one responsible for your life. If you want to change and start living with passion, you are the one that has to act.

If you change yourself you will change your world. If you change how you think then you will change how you feel and what actions you take. And so the world around you will change.

The importance is taking responsibility for your self improvement. I have found that waking up early improves your productivity and your quality of life. I feel it is because when you wake up early, your mindset is already set to continue the momentum and proactively live out the day.

Get out of your comfort zone. Real growth comes with hard work and uncertainty. Being too comfortable does not help us grow – it makes us stagnate. What is your comfort zone? Do you do the same most of the time? Change your routine, do something different. By exposing yourself to a new things, you are literally growing as you learn to act in new circumstances.

The best way to learn and improve is to take action. What is something you have been meaning to do? How can you take action on it today?
