A Balanced Mind

We all judge ourselves. However, we can dis empower our self judgments by simply recognising our energy is being sucked out of us… as our thoughts permeate our body. Even when someone else judges us, it is not their words that cause us harm, but rather it is us creating a’truth’ from someone else s opinion.

It does not matter what it is that took your power. You need to move yourself to a neutral place within…. were there is nothing pulling at you. You are free. To do this choose one of these:

A loving thought

An accepting thought

A forgiving thought

You will move to your center… to yourself… and you will be free.

If you find yourself with an illness, your body is no longer talking but rather ‘screaming’ about being off balance. Ask yourself: ‘What am I continuously thinking about myself that is creating this?’

Remember to notice the world around you – give yourself  five or ten minutes to take a walk and appreciate what Is around you. Even when you are in a hurry, try to remember to stop and look around. Actually paying attention to the world around you not only will make a major difference in the little annoyances in life but it will feel like a breath of fresh air. Appreciate the world around you, you will be better of for it.

We often feel we need to find a balance between our work and our lives, we also need to look for a healthy body and mind. Take time today to find some balance in your life..
