How often have you thought you wanted to change aspects of your life? For myself, I can think of many many times.

I believe life is constantly testing us for our level of commitment, and life’s greatest rewards are for those who demonstrate a never-ending commitment to act until they achieve. Commitment is the thing that separating those who live the dreams from those who live in regret.

Commitment is key for making and sustaining real change in your life.

When we commit to change we implicitly make a promise. The promise is not to anyone else but you, the promise you make is to yourself. It is like writing a cheque with your mind. The way you cash that cheque is with work.

When we truly believe in something, when we are moving with purpose, work is not just not bad – it ts good. It means you are putting your energy into something you believe in to bring about the changes you want in your life.

Commitment is the ingredient for change. What goals are you going to commit to? Making a commitment to achieve a goal, big or small, is an agreement you make with yourself.

Make that commitment to yourself today.
