Your Full Potential

“Unless you try to do something beyond what you have already mastered, you will never grow.”
Ralph Waldo Emerson

If you look at life as a circle, most of us live inside that circle where things are comfortable and familiar. Occasionally, we might be forced outside by unexpected circumstances, and the brave among us might take a moment to look around at this new and scary landscape. But mostly, we scurry back to the safety of our circle.

If you do what you have always done, you will get the same results you have been getting. If you want to stunt your growth and feel stuck in the same place forever, keep making excuses. If, on the other hand, you want to stop feeling trapped, start doing things that make you feel uncertain, things that you may not be very good at. We need to stretch our self to grow.

There are no excuses for remaining stuck. There is no excuse for doing the same things over and over again. We all come to a point were the risk to remain stuck in our nest is far more detrimental than the risk it takes to fly. What a waste to never see the beauty and strength of your full potential.

Life is short, ask your self if what you are doing today is getting you closer to where you want to be tomorrow.Start today to break down your limits and barriers, stop holding yourself back, you can do more than you thought possible.

Make it happen. Reach for the sky.

“I am here for a purpose and that purpose is to grow into a mountain, not shrink to a grain of sand. Henceforth will I apply all my efforts to become the highest mountain of all and I will strain my potential until it cries for mercy.”
Og Mandino
