A Life You’re Proud Of

”Open your eyes, look within. Are you satisfied with the life you’re living?”
Bob Marley

Our life is what we make it. Our life today is the result of all the choices we have ever made. You are the only one responsible for where you are right now.

What you make of your life is up to you. You are the only one who can decide what you need to find satisfaction. Taking responsibility for yourself is the vital first step for growth.

If we keep on doing the same things over and over again, we will get the same results, over and over again. Our life will change the moment we decide it is time to change.

It all starts with a thought, a commitment, and based on that, the actions we take that leads us in a new and different direction.

Learning to let go when we cannot change things is important. Courage resides in all of us – using it when we need to do what is best for us. We all possess that inner strength which we can draw on to tackle what lies ahead.

Choose to make the necessary changes, remembering that life is a journey made up of many steps. Begin the next step to creating a life that you are proud of.

Make that decision, commit to yourself today.

“For what it’s worth: it’s never too late or, in my case, too early to be whoever you want to be. There’s no time limit, stop whenever you want. You can change or stay the same, there are no rules to this thing. We can make the best or the worst of it. I hope you make the best of it. And I hope you see things that startle you. I hope you feel things you never felt before. I hope you meet people with a different point of view. I hope you live a life you’re proud of. If you find that you’re not, I hope you have the courage to start all over again.”
