Who You Are

who-you-are

.

Sometimes we live our lives like puzzle pieces turned upside down – only showing the world our gray sides. Then along comes life, and it starts flipping them over, showing to us and the world more than just the outline of who we are – it shows us the colors. If we can start to turn more over and put them together, we can see the picture of who we really are emerge.’
Manifest

Each day is a valuable and unique opportunity to discover who we are. But it may seem that as soon as you near answering that age-old question, something unexpected always happens to alter your course. And who it is you thought you were suddenly changes.

.
Then comes the realisation that no matter how long you live, no matter how many experiences are muddled through, you may never really be able to answer the question…..

.
Who am I?

.
Because like the seasons we are constantly, subtly, inevitably changing. And who it is you are today, is not the same person you will be tomorrow

.

.

Take a closer look at who you really are today.

.
The first question she was asked was What do you do? as if that were enough to define you. Nobody ever asked you who you really were, because that changed. You might be a judge or a mother or a dreamer. You might be a loner or a visionary or a pessimist. You might be the victim, and you might be the bully. You could be the parent, and also the child. You might wound one day and heal the next.”
