I believe we see the world  through layers of stuff. Stuff like beliefs, fears, memories, opinions, ideas about what we think we are capable of, what is possible and what will make us happy.

What is a belief? It is a feeling of certainty about what something means. When we realise that beliefs are a choice we make and we can choose to change them in any moment. The easiest way to find out if your belief is empowering or limiting is by asking one simple question: Does your belief say, “I can’t” or “Not possible”? If your answer is yes, then it is a limiting belief.

Look at your limiting beliefs and try to turn them into something that empowers you. Decide to replace the limiting belief with a positive experience, with time and effort it will become more natural. The first step is realising you have a limiting belief.
