Better Than Yesterday

”The price of doing the same old thing is far higher than the price of change.”
Bill Clinton

For me personal change is both an internal and external experience. It stems from a change in mindset and branches out from there. In truth, we are constantly moving toward some things, and away from others. We are constantly changing.

For those who embrace change, personal growth is a way of life. We are fooling  ourselves when we think that resisting change is the easier course; it is not. It robs you of the happiness and a sense of purpose. When you embrace change, you embrace life.

I believe that the power to accomplish amazing things lies within each and every one of us. The real question is not so much can you do it? The real question is…..: Are you willing to dig deep and find your inner resources that are needed to make the necessary changes for a life bette

A few small changes can have a profound effect on the way we experience life. Commit to making one small change in your life this month. A healthier diet….. reduce the size of the portions you eat. Listen to what your body is telling you….eating light, healthy, tasty food. You will be happier , healthier and have more energy.

Commit to being a better person  than you were yesterday…..better thoughts…better decisions….better actions.

”A year from now you will wish you had started today.”
Karen Lamb
