In A Rut

“…it’s important to have something going on somewhere, at work or at home, otherwise you’re just clinging on.”
Nick Hornbyù

‘I feel stuck.’ ‘I’m in a rut. Those are words I hear often. Life feels stalled. All those big hopes and dreams you once had for yourself seem like they are on a distant horizon. How do you begin to get yourself going again?

If predominantly you feel bored, uninterested, or drained by something, that is your intuition telling you change is needed. Go in a new direction. Begin to think about what is interesting to you and what you can let go of in order to make room for something new.

What are three things you could do this month that would give you information about your interest? Perhaps you could research it on the internet, read good blogs . It does not have to be a huge risk. When you commit to action, use your gut reaction to guide you. Taking action puts options, possibility and hope in your path.

If you can say, ‘yes’ to the alternative route, you may find a wonderful new opportunities opening up in front of you…… Look to do it differently today,

We must always change, renew, rejuvenate ourselves, otherwise we harden”
Johann von Goethe
