If we are not careful, we can find our self stuck in life without even realising it due to imaginary, self-imposed boundaries.

We often allow barriers to limit our view of the possibilities available to us. To gain a more satisfying life, we need to consciously move beyond perceived limitations.

Start by identifying your limit. Then focus on one small action. What would be the first step you would need to take to push you behond your comfort zone? What do you need to do to move closer to that promotion, achieve that goal, overcome a fear, or continue on the journey to your dream?

Make the decision to tackle a challenge that scares you. Breaking through self-imposed limits begins with defining what scares you the most, and deliberately choosing a challenge that addresses your fears. Remember, there is no one and nothing holding you back but yourself. Take a small step to begin changing your life for the better today.
