.

‘To exist is to change, to change is to mature, to mature is to go on creating oneself endlessly’
Henri L. Bergson

.
Are you someone who likes to grow? Do you constantly seek to improve yourself and become better?

.
If you do, then we have something in common. I am passionate about personal growth. It was just 5 years ago I began growing and helping others to grow.

.
Decide in your heart what really excites and challenges you, and start moving your life in that direction. Every decision you make, from what you eat to what you do with your time tonight, turns you into who you are tomorrow, and the day after that.

.
Look at who you want to be and start sculpting yourself into that person. You can connect the dots from the past by looking backwards, But you have the chance to change your future. It is your destiny, your life. Do not let life randomly kick you into the person you do not want to become.

.
What do you see yourself as 5 years from now? Will you be the same? Different? What kind of person will you be? Write a letter to your future self – 1 year from now will be a good start – and seal it. Make a date in your calendar to open it 1 year from now. Then start working to become the person you want to open that letter.

.
Begin your growth by committing to work on yourself. The results may not be immediate, but I promise you that as long as you keep to it, you will start seeing positive changes in yourself and your life.

.
Make a commitment to yourself to begin to work towards the person you want to be….what can yo do today to improve your tomorrows?

.
“When you concentrate your energy purposely on the future possibility that you aspire to realize, your energy is passed on to it and makes it attracted to you with a force stronger than the one you directed towards it.”
Stephen Richards.
