A little thanks can go a long way. There is always something to be grateful for, or on the flip side, things can always be worse.

At times gratitude can be tough to express, as we struggle to find the right words. Perhaps the most important thing to remember is that gratitude is the key to our own joy and happiness. If you do not have enough joy or happiness in your life, just maybe, gratitude is the missing ingredient.

When we develop a gratitude mentality, we open our heart. Look for something in your life to be grateful form today.
