Positive Action

“When things go wrong, don’t go with them.”
Elvis Presley

We all have a need to complain about our lives. In reality we can gain far more by spending our moments actually living its’ beauty. Try changing the phrase ‘have to’ to ‘want to.’ So many things we complain about are things others wish they had the chance to do.

Our thoughts do not end when we finish thinking them. They continue to echo through our life. Choose wisely and intentionally. Be outrageously and constructively positive. Be creative and joyful all at the same time. Smile as often as possible. A smile changes the physiologically, the chemistry of our body. It will make us feel better and do better.

Accept each moment, without judgment or anxiety. Remind yourself that all is well, and that you can handle whatever comes along. Instead of asking ‘why me?’ when things go wrong, every event can be viewed as our own perfect creation to learn and grow. Turn it into positive action

People tend to be generous when sharing their nonsense, fear, and ignorance. And while they seem quite eager to feed you their negativity, please remember that sometimes the diet we need to be on is a spiritual and emotional one. Be cautious with what you feed your mind and soul. Fuel yourself with positivity and let that fuel propel you into positive action.”
