Inner Sparks

“It is our choices, that show what we truly are, far more than our abilities.”
J.K. Rowling

I have come to understand that the problem with so many of us is that we think we will be happy when we reach a certain level in Unfortunately, it takes awhile before you get there, and when you get there you will likely have a new destination in mind.

We can end up spending our whole life working toward something new without ever stopping to enjoy the things we have now. So take a quiet moment every morning when you wake up to appreciate where you are and what you already have.
Most importantly, start creating your own happiness. If we are waiting for someone else to make us happy, we are missing out. Smile because you can. Choose happiness. Happiness is often found when and where you decide to seek it. If you look for happiness within the opportunities you have, you will eventually find it.

Maybe it is about allowing ourselves to feel good about where we are at and what we have done. When we honour ourselves, we do not need to push quite as hard, because we are motivated less by dissatisfaction and more by a deep self-love that reminds us just how much is possible.

Remember, whatever your history, every minute, every day from now on depends entirely on what you do moving forward. It is time to make the most of yourself. Decide to make the most of you. Changing your life for the better is about picking a destination and taking one step at a time to get there…….Fanning your inner sparks into achievement.

Getting serious about making improvements is a great start, and taking action is the next important step. Commit to yourself to take your next step towards a better you today.
