Fully Experiencing Life

“Don’t you ever get the feeling that all your life is going by and you’re not taking advantage of it? Do you realize you’ve lived nearly half the time you have to live already?”
Ernest Hemingway

We all experience times when we encounter difficult, situations. At such times we need to take charge of our lives. Try to avoid negative people for they are the greatest destroyers of self confidence and self esteem. Surround yourself with people who bring out the best in you.

Happiness is a choice. Yes, things in life make it difficult, but at the end of the day you control your own happiness.

Forgiving does not imply that what someone did to you is okay, it simply means that you are not going to let what they did destroy your happiness. You take your life forward with a good dose of positive self belief.

It is important to remember that when you hold back on the emotions – if you do not allow yourself to go all the way through them – you make it difficult to fully experience life, you are too busy being afraid. You are afraid of the pain, you are afraid of making mistakes. But by throwing yourself into these emotions, by allowing yourself to dive in, all the way, over your head even, you grow, learn  and develop into a more rounded person……..Look to fully experience life  today.

“Life isn’t meant to be lived perfectly…but merely to be LIVED. Boldly, wildly, beautifully, uncertainly, imperfectly, magically LIVED.”
Mandy Hale
