Confidence is a tool we can use in our everyday life to do all kinds of empowering things. It enables us to stop second-guessing our self, helps us with managing our fears and being able to do more of the things that really matter to us.

Confidence is built by taking risks and learning to be independent. It is all about having a go and learning from our mistakes. The more skills and experience we build the more able we feel to accomplish anything.

By having a ‘can do‘ attitude were we are willing to give things a go, knowing that our world will not fall apart if we make a mistake and we can always try again.

When we engage in purposeful action, using and stretching our abilities to the maximum, we cannot help but feel positive and confident about our self. Commit to try stretch out of your comfort zone today and grow in experience and self confidence.
