I have been interested in self improvement for many years. I believe it gives inner strength and happiness, and a way to improving your life.

It is an inner process, aiming for a better, happier life. It is a process of inner change, adopting a positive mindset, trying to rid the negative habits, and building new, positive ones.

Take responsibility for your actions. It can be so difficult to admit to others that you have messed up. Some of us never learn how to do this. But knowing what you have done wrong and admitting to it, especially admitting it to yourself, is humbling and helps you learn how to not make the same mistakes again.
Every day we need to do something we do not want to do – or feel uncomfortable doing. This is different for everyone, but we all have small things we can start out with. Such as, you may not go to the gym because you fear that everyone is better than you – do it anyway!

Once we have faced our fear we quickly feel so much more confident that we loose the fear entirely and can move on to the next fear – maybe something bigger.
There are so many things we can let go of in life, without losing a thing.- It is called growth. Letting go of the old, makes way for the new. Letting go of the ‘negatives’, makes way for bringing ‘positives‘ into your life.

Make a commitment ro yourself today to start to make changes towards a better you.
