“No matter who you are, no matter what you did, no matter where you’ve come from, you can always change, become a better version of yourself.”
Madonna

.
The world is a reflection of your dominant thoughts and feelings about yourself and life. If you think and speak in negative terms all day long, your life will reflect that. If you think and speak in positive terms, your life will reflect that too.

Decide in your heart what really excites and challenges you, and start moving your life in that direction. Every decision you make, from what you eat to what you do with your time tonight, turns you into who you are tomorrow, and the day after that.

Look at who you want to be and start sculpting yourself into that person. You can connect the dots from the past by looking backwards, But today you have the chance to change your future. It is your destiny, your life. Do not let life randomly kick you into the person you do not want to become.

.
To make changes in your life, first look within at your belief system. Try to be totally honest with yourself about whether your self beliefs supports your goals.

You can install new beliefs spending time visualizing what it would be like to be the greatest version of you. You can also ‘play act’ as this greatest version of you throughout the day, which will shift the way you think and act, in turn changing your life for the better……creating a better version of yourself.

‘To exist is to change, to change is to mature, to mature is to go on creating oneself endlessly’’
Henri L. Bergson
