Hi

I have lived has an expat for the past 26 years, living in the Middle East and European countries. What have I learnt from this you may ask?  Having and raising children in foreign countries teaches you many lessons! Every day was an adventure in Istanbul.

I am a certified Life Coach and an enthusiastic student of psychology. Using my knowledge and experiences, I would like to encourage you to step outside your comfort-zone. Broadening your horizons to give you the courage to experience more of what this wonderful world has to offer. We very rarely get it right on our first attempt; sometimes a little encouragement is all we need to give us the fortitude to follow our dreams.

We each have intrinsic value. A soul and a smile and a right to a successful life.  This is a vault of my observations on human behaviour and ways to self improvement.
